MotherFood partners with established food manufacturers to help them scale their business and fortify their products. Ideally, these products are consumed heavily by pregnant and lactating women in their local markets. We are product agnostic when it comes to how the nutrients are consumed. Therefore , we work with a wide variety of food processors. Our mission is to fortify as many popular local foods as possible. In addition to nutrient fortification, we support our partners with marketing, financing, and a range of other growth-oriented services.

Together with global and local partners, we develop very affordable, fortified market based foods exclusively using local agricultural ingredients so that they taste good to local palates. However, we can go one step further by helping women produce these foods in micro-factories in their communities.
